A problem with the problem page
So tonight I decide that since Caleb Nei has a cool blog going on I decided that I would give it a try and see what I can do.
5 hours later, I finally published my first sucessful weblog! (not this one... this is being written 10 minutes afterwards). Each time I would log into the account I found it funny that in the news section there was a message that said "The problem with the problem page has been fixed." I don't think my problem was with the problem page, but non-the-less I am glad they got it fixed before I found out about it. I don't know what I would have done if I would have taken my own problems to the problem page only to find out that it was having it's own problems! I feel sorry for the poor souls that found the problem.
It sort of reminded me of my problem at work today when I couldn't renew the virus software. I wrote out a really nice letter to contact the people at technical support to tell them about my problem and when I hit submit I got an error message that said I had a bad cookie or had my cookies turned off. So I went in, fixed everything that may have been bad, verified that cookies were turned on, and tried again. Still no luck. So, for the next ten minutes I tried to find a phone number to no avail. All of the contact us links went to the broken page... So... if anyone out there has a contact at computer associates could you tell them that have a problem with their problem page?
